This company has the worst customer service.
I am missing two pieces and the puzzle worker replied how dare I demand a refund.
It def is in need of a new front door in response to customer demands.
I would NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUNCH. THERE ARE SO MANY RESPECTABLE PUZZLE COMPANIES.

Do not buy from them if you are canadian. Price are 50% over the usd price (after currency ajustement from USD to CAD) you will pay more shipping and probably pay customs fees. Making it 36$ usd vs 90$ CAD. No promo code for canadian either. Its like they hate us.

It was easy to build and order my puzzle. It also arrive very quickly, much sooner than I expected! I can’t speak to the quality of the actual puzzle though because I purchased it as a gift and have not given it to the intended recipient yet. Hopefully it will be as good as the photo on the box and well received. (Fingers crossed)

I was very pleased with the puzzle image. The difference between a screen image and the print are sometimes very different. This result was a good match. The puzzle I ordered was a gift. The timing was exactly as indicated on the site. PuzzleYou is fast, efficient and reliable company for a wonderful, personalized product.

I've ordered from PuzzleYou a couple of times. They have a wonderful product! The quality is great. Nice linen finish, which means no glare. Turnaround time was quick. I got a cupon in the first one for 15 percent off which I utized a few years later and was still good. I thought that was cool. I'll buy from them again.

Effortless to upload and design. Shockingly fast turn around. Puzzle was a little loose otherwise they would get 5 stars.
Will use them again!
Be careful that your image is sharp otherwise you will loose a bit of detail in the puzzle image. I don't blame Puzzle You for that, that was on me.

Love! Love! Love my PuzzleYou puzzles. I’ve ordered five now of vacation shots, my kids and my group of girlfriends. Think I might be addicted because I’m already planning my next puzzle. The quality is excellent!
