I would give this place zero stars if I could. Their customer service is terrible.
Nobody answers the phone, there's no point in having one. There's never anyone in the bakery, and customer service people must stand there for show. After many attempts at giving this place a chance, I'll be canceling my membership.

I love buying in bulk. The store layout is a bit chaotic, but I don't mind. The savings I get are worth the aimless wandering I do to find the things I need!

My family decided to stop at your Amherst location, to pick up dinner in the Take out section,
We purchased A, Alfredo chicken dinner dish, A pizza Stromboli, and some chicken fajitas, with some Cinnamon rolls.
What A mistake, I have to say, never Again, The Question is ,Was this even Edible? The Chicken Alfredo, Had Hardly Any Cream, I had to put two cups of milk in it to try to even stir the sold Hard congealed Glob, not to mention after ,we tried to fix it the taste was just completely Disgusting, not even my dog wanted some, unfortunately, has no Flavor,and it ended up cooling ,After it was cooked still Dry!!! Unreal. The Pizza Stromboli, or what was supposed to be!!! Was mooshy in the middle and So dry on the outside, we could not even cut it right , on temp on 375D for 25 mins.
Even hospital food tastes better than this ,we threw it out ,
Two for two on disappointed take out
Next morning, We opened the cinnamon rolls,
What a Shocker, not really, Who. Makes Dry as Dirt
Cinnamon rolls with NO. BUTTER!!! Excuse me?
Just roll it up with some thick dry cinnamon, and slap some , unflavored frosting on top
I literally had to put my own sugar on top !
What a disaster!!! Like Every thing we ate was the up most disappointing, disgusting tasting thing ever ,Even my teenage said her highschool food tasted better on the terrible days then here at BJs whole sale club.
Look. We are hard working people, and can barely get paycheck to paycheck, not up scale,
But when you work your butt off, and just want some time with family to sit down and eat,
There is nothing worse , then eating,Dish after dish of terrible!!!!
No Excuses for this , even if you can not get employees on a regular basis, then hire a Real Professional third party company to come into your local business and
Clean this Up, cheating out on trying fast produce, carry out or bakery Goods on this kind of
NON Edible, level is Gross And Disgusting .
You are losing your customers, and the High Quality you once had

Terrible. It many many ways now, when Costco moves into the area. They will Boom
And you are going to be put out of business
BJ's owners. Get your Act Together or. Get out of the way .

The worst of the worst the people there should be a little smarter since they act stupid when a super branch suits them and the service the staff and the attention are a shame never but I never thought of saying this but Walmart has better service these people of this place are more than good for nothing a useless

Not the best BJ’s I’ve ever been to. Not overly clean. The seemed to have more dead than live plants ?!? Otherwise ok.

Had a membership the past couple years and found some pretty solid deals here. But over the past few months my trips have been very dissatisfying. Several of my favorite items have been discontinued, many recent "deals" come from inordinately high markups in advance, and I've had several negative experiences with fellow shoppers, club employees, checkout devices, and contractors harassing customers about switching their energy provider. The parking lot is also an absolute disaster but that blame belongs to the Town. I will not be renewing my membership and I will gladly sign up for a membership at the future Costco up the road.

Bought the membership to try it out because Sam's Club is about a 30 minute drive for me.

Will definitely use Sam's Club instead after finding multiple moldy pies with fruit flies in the bakery section. Made me question everything I bought in the store.

I went in for their free turkey coupon that I received after spending over $300 to get a turkey for a family in need and even though the coupon didn't specify what kind of butterball turkey and ONLY excluded organic, the store refused to honor it and told me I had to call the higher ups. Upon call the higher ups they told me that all they could do was note it to be more specific next time around. So you left a family in need without a turkey because you all wanted to pass the buck.
