We got the Big Bend and it is AMAZING! WPC's work is impeccable. We have never worked with a wood puzzle before of this quality and attention to detail. It is obvious he is passionate about his work. We are customers for life. ***He creates each puzzle by hand, so be patient. The wait is definitely worth it!!

No contact after puzzle ordered on December 11th. I sent two emails asking for an ETA and status. I'll update this review as it unfolds, but for now, I'm disappointed and left feeling like this isn't a business anyone should trust with their orders.

Placed an order Dec 3. Never received. The company has a ton of different ways to contact them but no one responds. Do not waste your time and money placing an order.

UPDATE EDIT: I received 3 gorgeous puzzles including a large one for free and a nice apology letter, so the service is fulfilled. I do want to emphasize there are no complaints with the puzzles themselves, so I am adding a star back. This is really a one-of-a-kind company and the puzzles are unique. I hope they'll be around for a long time to come.

This review is being edited to remove two stars for delivery and communication issues on Wimberley's Puzzle of the Month Subscription service. I was really impressed with my first order from this company, so I purchased a 3-month puzzle club subscription in early April 2023. It took me several unanswered emails and finally a chat message before anyone responded and I got my first puzzle in June. Nothing since then even though in July I again reached out and got a response they'd look into it. So from April to August I've received 1 puzzle out of the 3-month Puzzle Club membership I purchased. I reached out again recently, no response. I'm really disappointed. I love the puzzles I have received, but the service itself isn't a good experience for me at all.

I ordered 2 puzzles and my credit card was charged 3 weeks ago. After several failed attempts to get a hold of anyone at Wimberley Puzzle (I tried phone, chat and email), I finally emailed him that was contesting the charge if he didn’t respond to me. He responded that he’s overwhelmed with orders since an article was published about his company. But he still did not answer my question of estimated ship date, and he’s not responding to me anymore. If you own a business where customers are your bread and butter, you should at least give the customer the information they’re asking
for. He has my money, and I have nothing.
UPDATE: after this review I was contacted, and I have canceled my order.

Service was top notch, selection is outstanding, and I got a lot for my money. I bought two puzzles for Christmas presents and everyone thought they were awesome, a big hit!

Not only was the puzzle absolutely perfect but the customer service was impeccable. We put the puzzle together but had a missing piece (that we lost). Contacted the seller and before we knew it the company sent out a replacement piece.

Had a great experience with the Wimberley Puzzle Company! Cool product and timely service. The puzzle had intricate, precise cuts. The packaging was well thought out and tastefully done. They were even kind enough to accommodate a last minute change. Talk about a SWEET gift idea! Definitely worth checking out!
