Chaotischer Laden! Warum ,,arbeiten" dort so viele Leute? Wenn man mal darauf achtet, stehen einige Mitarbeiter in den Gängen rum und tun so als ob sie arbeiten. Ich wollte außerdem eine Hose anprobieren....man muss die Dame die die Schlüssel für die Umkleidekabine hat fast anbetteln, dass sie eine Kabine öffnet! Null Kundenservice!!!

This was a standard experiencefor Walmart. We were in looking for snacks and did find a few interesting options. Clothing was a little disappointing with the selection.

Horrible & lazy customer service! I arrived at the store around 7:20 am to get a booster seat for my daughter. Before arriving to the store I knew they had the model instore for same day pick up. I went to the child car seat section to look for it and ran into a female employee looking for a certain model herself to complete an order. I didn’t see what I was looking for so I asked her for help. She pulled out the inventory device to “search” and claimed there’s ZERO in stock. So when she walked away I looked again and the booster seats was right in front of her and many in stock! Very lazy and unprofessional.

I did this Location a favor by giving them two stars! That was from the only TWO associates who were somewhat helpful. I purchased a bike for my Daughter’s Christmas Online for Pick-Up here on Sunday 12/15/24 to be ready that day. Fast forward to now, I’ve since purchased the back twice(along with other items), still don’t have the bike and have yet to receive my return from either purchase. The second time I went to pick up the bike. When I had arrived, they changed it to unavailable! I told the associate I would go back there to double check because the “1-800” Customer Care Rep said it was there. Don’t you know, I goes back there and there are FOUR of them on the rack. I was there last night for almost two hours. To still not receive my Daughters bike that I have bought twice now or my money back! The one helpful associate tried to tell me I had to call Customer AGAIN. I told her absolutely NOT. I’ve done that already and marking my product unavailable right before I pick up, when there are FOUR available is not my fault. I made them call! Long story short, I was told to come back today if the funds are released back to my card to buy this bike for a THIRD time. I could barely sleep last night. I know that money will not be back returned that quickly. I am contemplating contacting my Lawyer. I realized also this company has all my personal information. I am concerned about the safety of my card information now. I decided this morning, even if the money does miraculously return to my card this glorious morning, I will not buy that back from Walmart a THIRD time. I have been a Patron of Walmart FOREVER. But I will take by business elsewhere if you all will continue to treat consumers this way. It’s even worse because it is the Holiday. Be Blessed and Happy Holidays Everyone!

I never felt racial profiled until I came to this Walmart. My sister and I was in the self checkout line which was NOT busy checking out our items, making sure we scanned everyone. Not only is we being watched by two of the workers (Arabic) but then a security guard suddenly comes out of nowhere. As we are leaving, the girl is going to come up to me asking did I scan the stuff in the top part of cart. I told her yeah and showed her my receipt after checking it, she let me leave. I have heard of this happening to other people at different location but not me until now and not like this. My sister and I are not thieves and the fact that they sat up here and watched us and then had the nerve to come up and ask did we scan everything like they didn't see already. Something needs to be done because they do this to others.

Online order pickup is absolutely pitifully slow and has been for a while. I've tried picking up on off peak hours and waiting times still easily exceed an hour, defeating the purpose of order pickup. The workers are drowning and their department is tragically understaffed. The outside parking is always full, and there are crowds of people waiting inside. Managers are nowhere to be found. The low price of groceries is not worth tolerating the piss poor pickup experience at this store. Support a local business instead, don't shop here!!
