Ron and Jesse were so kind! My husband and I stopped in on our way through town and was by far the best card and game shop we’ve been too. They were extremely kind and had extensive knowledge of every game. They had by far the most variety of cards of any store in the area and the best selection of yu-gi-oh cards we’ve seen in a while we found some gems! Thank you so much for all your help we will be stopping in every time we drive through town!

Kind of hidden little place with a great staff and nice open area with some tables to play on. Larger on the inside than it appears outside. Nice selection of singles too. Prices seemed fair to me.

Decent place. Don't always have the stock you want and consistently find it at strategy games. Otherwise they do hold local tournaments and most of the staff is pretty awesome.

Don't bother coming here to buy Magic in any kind of quantity. I had a pile of cards from their bulk boxes. This stuff is trade-in and is basically free money to the store. Two of the cards were worth $7 and $10 respectively with two at $5 each, while all other cards were $2 or $3. I had a pile that came to $78 and asked if he would do 10% off (I actually just asked if he could do $70) and he said no, he would not do that.

So I just picked out the 4 cards I really wanted, and that WERE likely to sell anyway, gave him the $20 it came to wanted and left it at that. The guy there today would rather pass up $50 in cash for a bunch of bulk, then to take 10% off a bunch of value-box trade-ins, most of which probably won't sell and will just wind up in a $20 "value box" anyway. This is the second time this has happened, with the last time, about a year ago, being me asking if I could get $20 off a $210 purchase of similar bulk stuff, and being told they would not do it.

I miss the previous owner. I would routinely go in and drop several hundred dollars a month on singles, and he always gave me a deal, meaning I came back to him. The new owners would rather not sell me cards that other people are not buying, just so that they can wind up in $20 bulk boxes at a later date.

I am a big spender when a place actually wants my money, but I don't think Thunder Games actually wants my money.

I'm new to the area and wanted to stay in the yugioh scene, I just walked in to check the place out and they just happened to have a casual tournament happening. Jesse was really great and I got to meet some really nice people, make some good trades! Made me feel welcome

This place has some of the best customer service around! You could really tell they weren't just looking for a good sales pitch, but we're trying to make sure each customer has the best experience they can. An excellent dnd collection (including multiple copies of Vecna Eve of Ruin and Quests from the Infinite Staircase), workers there are willing to call the owner to ask to do something unusual in favor of a customer. Even though it might have been a pain to do so, the man that was there when I went went out of his way to help me get the book I was looking for.

Stopped by Thunder Games while passing through Coeur D’Lene from Olympia, WA. Hands down the best stocked Yugioh shop I’ve been to yet! Ron and Jesse were incredibly helpful and super friendly! I wish I lived closer to Thunder Games, it would be my go-to local game store for sure!
