A great company! I ordered speed cubes here and they work just like advertised. There was some mix up with the post office and this companies customer service team went out of their way to help follow up with the post office to help speed up my delivery. No bots, real humans, trying to help their customers. It was great.

Amazing store and Cameron the owner is awesome. We were in Vegas for a speedcubing competition (sponsored by Speed Cube shop, of course!) so we visited the store in person twice. My cube-obsessed 10-year-old spent hours in the showroom and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. Cameron chatted with my kid and was super kind and engaging. What an amazing experience. We will definitely be frequent return customers. 🙂

We came all the way from LA to experience the SpeedCubeShop for my son’s birthday and we couldn’t be happier! He and his best bud had amazing time. The showroom is great because you get to test it out before purchasing and it even has the timers that are used at the competitions. He wanted to get all of them but left with 5, I’m sure we’ll be back!!!

We've ordered twice from here and so far, we are really pleased with the experience. My son's first order shipped and arrived quickly and he absolutely loves his cube. I decided to buy a couple more things for him for Christmas. The prices are great and the website is easy to navigate and find what you're looking for. The order shipped super quick and I can't say enough nice things about the customer service. I got an email thanking me for my order and I responded to let them know how much I appreciated their shop because my son just really enjoys this little hobby and with his autism it's sometimes hard to find things he likes and that help! I was surprised to actually receive a reply and not just an automated response. Such a great business!! Highly recommend!

Horrible service i ordered there Martian lube and it arrived opened and spilled all over the package. This package came opened but i talked to their customer support and they gladly helped me they have amazing customer support and didn’t even have to return the bottle!

Great selection and I trust the quality of their products. Really happy with my customer service experiences too. They helped me add something to an order after I'd placed it. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

The first time I used the site, I had trouble sorting if items were coming from the US or Canadian warehouse. If it's the US warehouse, you pay duty for it to come into Canada. For Canadian customers, I suggest filtering by products shipping from the Canadian warehouse only.
