We were thoroughly surprised by the shop. Staff is very social which we thoroughly enjoyed, Incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful. We walked away with several excellent games and puzzles that we are excited to try out. The store has a HUGE selection of puzzle types with a large selection of games.

We are excited for them to move to their new, more accessible, location on airport road.

I had a horrible experience at this store with my kids the owner Pete Jucker and his staff was extremely rude…. We went in to buy something for my boys and when we asked where the kids puzzles and games was we didn’t get any help, we got nothing but rude comments and very weird looks that made us feel unwelcome and not wanted in the store…. Needless to say we were left without spending any money there…I wouldn’t recommend anyone to shop at this store…

I've never seen a store like this one before. They have every jigsaw puzzle you could think of and some games. I bought a game called Katamino, which is really addictive.

Not only do they have an unreal number and type of puzzles, these people are amazing. When I visited there, I bought several puzzles and saw one the day before at their other store. I purchased my puzzles and one from the other store that they said they would ship to me. The next day when I went home, they contacted me. That puzzle I wanted had sold. They offered to refund my money. I didn’t want my money back, but I was willing to wait for them to get that puzzle back in. They communicated with me over the next several weeks about them contacting their sales rep, the order was placed, they were invoiced, waiting on shipment, etc. Long story short, great communication and they shipped that puzzle to me as soon as they received it

VERY JONEST people as well. When I paid for that puzzle, I only got a register receipt, no proof that I didn’t have it nor proof that they were to ship to me. I asked about that, they said they have it written down. They said trust us. I did, and they were 100% honest. I have ordered several puzzles on their website since then. They have earned all my future business!

Drove up the mountain specifically to go to this store only to find we needed to pay $20 for parking- so never made it to the store. The sister store in Pigeon Forge is very nice with free parking nearby. Ended up buying a puzzle in Town.

Fantastic little shop. It's a must see if you love puzzles and logic games. They have a wide variety of puzzles and games for all ages.

Edited to add: the gentleman working at the counter clearly loves to share his excitement about the puzzles and games in the store. If you aren't sure what to get, just ask him and he will steer you in the right direction.

My husband and I stopped by while we were at Ober Gaitlinburg for our honeymoon. We couldn't believe our luck! We are both into puzzles (although we are not great at them and we stay around the 500-750 piece ones!). We were so overwhelmed by the selection and knew we would probably never see so many unique puzzles in one place again that we each picked out 2 and bought one together. We can't wait to put them all together! They truly have a puzzle for every interest and skill level! Loved it here!

This place is the puzzle lover's dream. They have little puzzles, big puzzles, flat puzzles, 3D puzzles, easy puzzles, hard puzzles and other puzzle related things. Things this place does not sell: grapefruit, pencils, guns, hot milk, canned laughs, portraits of Tony Danza, soup or people.
