They show my grandson the best of care! He has a one-on-one teacher experience, everything is cleaned and sanitized when you enter and when you leave. They require masks and very few people are in the building. I love the new facility because it is spacious and more secure.

Our child had been receiving services from Puzzle Piece Kids for about a year, within that year my child had a speech therapist who was let go from the company, it was going to take my child 2-3 weeks to get another therapist, but thankfully I was able to speak with staff as well as the executive director who guaranteed my child would get services sooner (that's why I gave two stars). A new speech therapist was assigned and my child flourished. Then I receive another call stating that the therapist no longer works for the company. This has happened twice already with out any proper closure or final session, it is so inappropriate and unprofessional to abruptly end a child's sessions and then introduce another person, it would be the third therapist to come and essentially start over and rebuild rapport. I gave this agency a second chance, but the services they provide are both unethical and inappropriate.
