PCG and Lucas really impressed us. Our back yard was slanted, so we had some issues. They suggested different choices within our limitations instead of forcing on us some costly ones. Additionally, there were other alternatives presented for increased budget.There were no problems throughout the implementation stage (project time). When minor challenges arose, they would sort them out without bothering us. This was typical of them considering they never required more payments for such services. Since my project was so complicated, I got them to work on my house. Upon contacting many other companies I found out that their communication and workmanship were wanting. They understood my needs very fast and were good at talking about them. They never delayed beginning work; instead, they would drag projects in my previous encounters with most firms. After a well carried out renovation to the whole basement and house including technically sound installations like non-flammable walls; they requested for a reasonable time frame which they completed even before the given deadline-an aspect that is very commendable given how tricky the task was. The price was also friendly considering the high quality level involved thereby making it even more awesome than fantastic could describe it. In the future, I will always look for Lucas and if it was possible for me to rate them as 10 stars, then I would.

The commercial unit was built by Alex and his team. Alex was upfront about our pricing from day one, and he and his team were the best in terms of deconstructing our quotation. When it comes to replying to my emails, texts or calls, he is always on point—with his professionalism matching that of his team. I am a tough grader but he never misses the mark. For one thing, he sorted me out whenever there was anything bothering me. Alex and his crew did a great job on the unit; I would recommend them more than any other.
