I’ve been here 5-6 times for myself and my kids, and their entire team is efficient, professional, transparent and very pleasant. I’ve always been seen in a very timely manner with minimal waiting, and the doctors are respectful, helpful and all around lovely. Highly, highly recommend and will inevitably be back.

I have always had an excellent experience at this urgent care facility! Between myself and three kids we've been to many urgent care facilities over the years but none like Dr. Ly. He feels like a family doctor when you see him.

Dr. Ly is amazing. I feel like he truly cares about his patients. He is very knowledgeable. He takes his time with his patients and knows what questions to ask and really tries to understand the issue to properly diagnose and get to the bottom of it. I truly appreciated his clear communication and genuine care.

Our first visit to the clean facility as all have already mentioned. I took my mother in for a visit and the whole experience was painless and quick. Even the first timer forms were short and simple. We went in around 8:30 on a Saturday morning. The waiting room was about 20 minutes, mostly because we were the first time visitors. Then the actual doctor visit took another 20 minutes, including the x-ray. I will definitely recommend this facility to anyone with illness that wants to see a doctor immediately.

I needed a chest x-ray the day before Thanksgiving. Was able to get in right away. The staff was friendly and responsive. Best of all, the physician took his time with me and offered to his notes and the X-ray to my primary care doctor. Excellent place!

The doctor took his time to ask me questions before he came to the conclusion. I have been using them as my primary care doctor for the last three years and will continue to use them. Great facility with great staff. Lived in this area for 5 years and this Urgent Care is conveniently located close to our home. Our two kids have had to make appearances to see the doctor a couple times each and the staff and doctor have always been quick, and effective. We are very glad to have Dr Tran so close for when life throws us those curveballs.
