I was pleased with the selection and friendliness of the staff. Some of the prices were way too high or seemed priced at random, but I was able to find a good selection of run filler books for prices I thought were more than fair. Definitely a store you want to check out. They could benefit from having some dollar bins.

Such a cool place! I popped in after going to Walgreens. I happen to be the niece of a big comic book collector. This place is so neat. Packed with merchandise. I think some great Christmas gift ideas are here for comic and game lovers. My mind goes to Big Bang Theory. Just ask questions, the manager is ready to help you find what you need. Check it out for yourself!

It looks like the review I just did a few minutes ago did not upload. So I hope this won’t be a repeat.
I popped into Walgreens today and decided to check out the comic books. What a neat place! It is packed with great gift ideas, something to think about as the holidays are approaching.
This place makes me think of the big bang theory television show.
If you know anyone who is interested in comic books and games I would send them here. Such a cool place. Seriously stocked with products. Check it out!

We are from out of town and stumbled upon this steller boardgame shop / comic store. The selection is like no other I had ever seen! They let us grab one of the table and play 2 games while we were there. I would highly recommend!

If you are looking for warhammer, paints, and accessories. They have it. Looking for comics, rpgs, and board games, they have it. Bit of a drive from my normal part of Charlotte, so only occasional visits likely. If you are from the area, they have plenty of tables to play your favorite games.

I am writing this review from a comic collector perspective. This location does have an extensive board/card gaming section and seems worth checking out.

Comic selection - location has a lot of comics to choose from. The problem is how the comics are merchandised with long boxes stacked three high you have to move boxes in and out. Basically be prepared to sit on the floor and browse because there is no table space. And make sure you work out as those boxes are heavy.

Comic pricing - store has no value/dollar bins and pricing on non key issues is high compared to the market. Asked the clerk at checkout if any discounts are offered and the answer is they use a book to price comics. Be prepared to spend more than other places on comics. What should be a $1 issue is $3 and a $3 issue is $5.

Comic trading - Asked clerk and was not available. Would be nice to be able to trade keys and non keys in the store.

Customer Service - non existent. Spent an hour digging through boxes and no help was offered. Three employees hung out at the front of the store on their phones and seemed irritated by questions.

What could be an awesome spot for comic collectors definitely has some opportunities and for new collectors may seem off putting based on how they merchandise and operate.

Take care and happy hunting!

Cool little comic book store. Lots of board games. And a large area for people to play games together (DnD , Magic The Gathering etc). Friendly staff
