Very disappointed to complete a 2000 piece puzzle and have 3 holes and 2 pieces that don't fit. Maybe they need better quality control. This is not the first puzzle from this company that I have had missing pieces. White Mountain puzzles are a better quality and made in the USA.

I paid for a one year subscription ( puzzles). The first 4 months were awesome. There was a Amiee Stewart offered every month. Now the selection has really taken a dive. I had to pick a puzzle I dont want to complete. I looked for this puzzle it's been discontinued. It's not about the customer it's about the money. If I had gotten MORE of my wish list I would re subscribe. Now the only place I'm buying Buffalo puzzles is at the thrift shops for 2.99. I don't have a wish list, Thanks Buffalo! You lost a customer and I'm sure I won't be the last. Enjoy you're money!

I’m only 2 handfuls into sorting my 1000 pc puzzle (Star Wars comic book covers) and have a collection of puzzle pieces with only thin slivers for the blank side walls. I also have some where an unfinished cut was done to pieces. All I can think was it was cut incorrectly and had a partial cut that “slipped”? Regardless there are too many of these to allow me to assemble the puzzle as they already have (in some cases) torn off or are bent and ready to tear. It’s very disappointing as I’d stuck with Buffalo as with prior puzzles, they seemed to produce better quality. Extremely disappointing. Edited to add: after completing sorting I had over 145 too thin bent side pieces and all these additional pieces that had already broken off into the bottom of the bag because they were so thin.

My boyfriend and I were very disappointed when we decided to break out the puzzle we had just bought, and we were short pieces. All that hard work for an incomplete puzzle is very unsatisfying. Not to mention when you pay for a puzzle you expect all the pieces to be in the box. Beyond frustrating. I definitely will be thinking twice before purchasing anymore puzzles made by this company - looking at the reviews this seems to be a trend.

Country Life puzzle though fun to make and very colorful had one piece missing and consequently we cannot frame it as we intended. Since I wrote to the company to report a missing piece, they sent me a free puzzle to replace it. It's not the same puzzle, but it was fun to make.

After reading other posts, it's probable useless to post my issues, since others have written about similar experiences . I've been doing roughly a dozen puzzles a year for many years. I've been very satisfied with Buffalo puzzles but the last one I bought was of poor quality. In a 1000 piece puzzle (Bo Bridges, "After The Storm"), roughly 1/4 of the pieces were bent or the paper was turned up. It's as if the quality control person was on vacation on that days production. I should have return the puzzle back to Walmart but let too much time pass and eventually put it together. When done the magnitude of the poor quality showed. Not sure if I'll make mistake of buying Buffalo again.
