Super cute store but extremely overpriced, a pencil should not cost almost 15 dollars ?. I really liked their monopoly options they seemed cool!

The most cutest shop I’ve ever went to. They have so many adorable items and collectables, keychains, plushies, etc to choose from. This store is honestly the closet I’ll possibly ever get close to if I don’t end up traveling to Japan any time soon!

i decided to check the store out and i bought their juice bag along with the ice cup. the lady at the register was nice and fun to chat with!

First off let me say this store is absolutely adorable I wanted to buy everything but unfortunately the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. Upon walk in nobody greeted me and my partner. We soon noticed we were being followed and watched by every employee in the store. No matter where we went they hovered. I kept my hands to myself the entire time and kept a foot or so distance from the merchandise so I didn’t understand why we were being monitored so closely. At one point someone literally invaded our space to watch us smell candles. Very very odd experience - likely due to racial profiling. Will be taking my money elsewhere and you should too.

When my friend and I entered the store, the cashier pointed at us, and had a girl follow us the entire time we were shopping as if we were gonna steal something. She was not interacting with us at all, just quietly following us, so I didn’t notice her until my friend told me that he felt very uncomfortable being there and wanted to leave. The store had a lot of customers but we were the only ones being followed, so sadly we had to assume that it was because my friend was the only brown person in the store. It was very unfortunate that the store decided to treat us like we were criminals.

Besides, their products are extremely marked up. You can easily find the same products online that cost much less.

How can one not miss the old Hello Kitty stores? I loved all the little knick knacks this store is selling. Very clean and organized space and decent prices. I loved the selection and would definitely recommend a trip.

So many cute toys!! I love coming here and would highly recommend. Please know the owner is a lil anxious about covid and masks are highly preferred. I hope someday I can get one of the massive sanrios in the back lol (⁠◡⁠ ⁠ω⁠ ⁠◡⁠)
