Just left this location with my friend. Was not a pleasant experience. My friend came in with a shirt she bought from a gainesville store and left the sticker on. She loves to shop at five below, and it didn't occur to her that the sticker was still there until the last minute. At check out, the cashier just assumed she was stealing it. We reassured her that we just walked in asking about a charger for her laptop. She could have handled that in a more professional manner. My friend walked out first after her purchase, and the cashier continued to say, " I didn't mean to offend her." I continued."Well, you did, and she's my friend, and she literally loves to shop at five and below." I've worked in customer service for more than 10 years. There are ways to approach and handle situations. Don't ever accuse someone of something without understanding the situation first. I know we all make mistakes, but respect and kindness should always come first.

Whoever was working today at about 3pm-4pm they shoved my friends and I aside. Crazy you got that type of people working here. They got kids who dgaf about what happens
