The reviews have been quite negative. I've had to go back at least three times, and each time something was missing. The information was never provided upfront. For example, the website mentioned that pickup was available, but it turns out the store didn't have the item. We didn't have stock, so I replaced it with a different color and size, but I didn't inform the customer about this change. Instead, I just left it up to the customer to cancel the order and pay the additional shipping costs themselves.
Pick up always waiting.

Well, Michaels in Tustin really left me hanging - literally! I went in to grab some yarn for my girlfriend ' blanket project, but I couldn't find a single employee to help me out. The self-checkout was a nightmare, and when We finally managed to ask a question, We got the stink eye from the cashier. Looks like my girl starting to think I'll never get that blanket - maybe She just have to knit one out of pure frustration instead. This place is a yarn-tastrophe!

I went to Michael’s on 9/11 to get birthday balloons for my son. I was so surprised to see how clean, and organized the store was and thrilled to see all the Halloween decorations carefully propped up, and they are already discounts on some of the store items too. I loved this place, and will be coming back soon

I went to Michaels in search of appliques to add to my favorite robe. I didn't find any, but I did find some other items I can use for gardening and for the glass I fuse. The store west uncrowded and the employees were very pleasant. It was a good experience.

Amber Connelly the cashier was simply amazing. She took care of my complicated return request with the utmost respect and care. Beyond that, she even went out of her way to walk me over to the aisles and explained the different options available for my mother's first art class. She was helpful, genuine, and representative of the awesome reputation Michael's has. I will definitely be making this my go-to store for art supplies.

White they may not have had every color of yarn I was looking to use in my newest project, they did have a good selection available and the cashier who helped me was very knowledgeable and sweet. I will definitely come back again for my next craft project needs. ?

Hadn’t been to a craft store since Covid. Surreal. Deeply appreciated they had enough knowledgeable staff to assist when needed. It was also awesome that they had everything I needed for my project (I did the math and surprisingly cheaper than Amazon.) plenty of free parking, in a great shopping center with dining and entertainment.
