Wow!! I am so very impressed with my shopping experiences!! I've meant to review before but today was exceptional. Jeffery was awesome in the store asking if i need help and he assisted me with my purchases to my truck and he was so kind and helpful! He even helped me put my stuff in big garbage bags so my kids wouldn't see. Your kindness is valued and much appreciated.
I was asked atleast 4x if I needed any help while shopping from 4 different associates. Truly wonderful since it is Thursday of the black Friday sale. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! Also very helpful was a younger man with the youth snow helmets and the older man behind the paint counter... sorry I do not remember your names. Next time I will!!

The Parts & Service team at Canadian Tire on Fort Williams Road in Thunder Bay was amazing. I had an issue with my car right before my drive test, and even though they were fully booked, they found a way to help me. They were so kind and understanding, and I’m really grateful for their help.

Jeff sales supervisor FT William Rd location is awesome. I am not in the store all that frequently, but still, he remembers me every time he sees me. I have never had a bad experience in this store. The staff are always available, and when they are unable to answer questions, quickly locate someone who can. Originally, I chose CT over Home Depot because I chose to give my money to Canadian companies whenever possible. But it's the impeccable staff that keeps me coming back.

I do not usually write reviews about the stores I visit but I feel as though this review will greatly benefit the amazing sales associate named David, he was both knowledgeable and efficient with assisting me with my purchases of a shelter logic and a few small household appliances. And I feel that David deserves some type of promotion because he is a great asset to have to your store, workers like him are hard to come by nowadays.
At least I know I’ll be looking for home next time I visit the Canadian tire located on fort William rd and I’ll be sure to tell my family and friends about my excellent experience shopping here.

The automotive service department has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. I had called numerous times regarding an issue and no one answered the phone. I couldn't go down to the store to speak with them as I had no vehicle to do so. It was so frustrating and caused many issues. We had to return the car a few days later, to be seen by the same mechanic and had made an 8:00am appointment. The car was brought in at 7:45am and at 9:45 it hadn't even yet been brought in and was still in the parking lot. When speaking with a staff member, we just received shrugged shoulders as a response. We had been told by numerous people to not bring our vehicle there. We should have listened.

Had a photocopy of the receipt instead of the actual receipt and had problems returning a defective toy. The bar code worked, it pulled up the transaction, but they rambled about some nonsensical BS before agreeing to return the item. This after the first location I went to wouldn’t honour CTs own policy and return the item. Not sure if it’s Canadian retail nostalgia or what… but I have no idea how this company is in business.
