Refunds and exchanges only offered within 30 days, including gifts purchased around the holidays. Called in advance about wanting to return an item and was told as long as I had my original receipt and the item was fully intact, it wouldn’t be an issue. However, when I got there I was told gift card only as it was purchased more than 30 days ago. Not a business I will support again.

As an adult when I go here to shop for family and friends I am one step away from spending a grand on a 55-85mph remote car/truck or some 42" speed boat. Lol. This place is amazing and always super helpful. Trust me the small 6inch remote sub for kids in the tub is amazing.. everyone needs to go at least 3x

I brought my Armma 4s Mojave desert truck with me on vacation through Western Canada. Hobby Warehouse was able to sell me a sweet light bar for my truck. I had no tools with me so Tre installed it for me. Tre was the most right-on dude ( went the extra ) All staff at H.W. were helpful and friendly. This made my shopping experience the best ever. I rarely do reviews but H.W. deserved every star of the 5 I gave.

I've grown up playing cars, Meccano, and model trains instead of dolls. Only this store has everything one could want to satisfy your kids curiosity and encourage the interest in science. The stuff is very friendly and we always leave the store absolutely satisfied. Would leave hundred stars if I could.

Very helpful & knowledgeable staff (full timers anyhow; part-timers are abit less familiar with things). Lots of unique gift things.

The staff is more then friendly my first time there I had three staff help
Me and even one who walked and talked
With me I just love that guy!! Only down fall is closing is at 6pm I wish it was 6:30-7pm closing only because I’m not off work tell 5 and rushing to y’all is hard lol!! I made it 15 mins before closing but had the best experience 10/10 will be coming back ❤️
