I have shopped at Puzzle Warehouse for over 7 years now and am a huge fan. They have a fantastic selection of puzzles and provide excellent customer service. I was fortunate to stop by their brick and mortar store while in St. Louis – it was so much fun to browse all the racks of puzzles!

I thought shopping at a brick and mortar would offer more personal customer service than ordering online. Puzzle Warehouse has a nice selection, and I bought several puzzles for Christmas this year. We finished this puzzle today and it was missing a piece and had an additional piece that did not fit. I went back and they would not even give me a store credit without a receipt. I surely hope the puzzles I gave as gifts did not have the same issue. I told them they lost a customer today. And as I looked at the reviews I saw that someone else had a similar issue and the manager said they would reach out to her. ……. Hmmm

I had spent the previous years getting good, quality, and a variety of puzzles from Tuesday Morning. When they downsized their brick and mortar marketplace I felt lost as they no longer offered the variety and quality to which I had been accustomed. So, what else could I do, since I’m NOT a fan of one of the more popular big box store, I went online to search for puzzles, and fortunately I found the Puzzle Warehouse and soooooooo glad I did.
Not only do they have a wide variety of of artists, genres and price points, they actually make it simple with the ease of navigating the site, and delivery, (including email tracking), delivery times are much is better than most, and usually within 3 days of ordering. Very happy and satisfied customer!

We wanted to get some puzzles for our 3.5 year old and figured we'd check the place out. He was up to like 100 pieces puzzles, which I didn't see on the website, but once we stepped in the staff greeted us and told us of the children's puzzles room off to the right. It was perfect. Exactly what we needed. We grabbed a couple and we're out quick. Pleasant experience. Will definitely be back.

I'm sorry, but being 68 years old didn't stop me from having a great time in this place. They have special, two hour "for puzzle lovers" only parking, which is not too much time. My wife, daughter and I spent well over two hours there. The possibility of sensory overload is real, but fun. Order online and pick up in store. Check them out. You won't be disappointed.

We ordered a beautiful landscape puzzle a couple months ago only to find one piece missing as we completed the puzzle. We thought it was just a fluke it didn’t stop us from ordering another puzzle a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately for us, this puzzle also had a missing piece. Both puzzles were beautiful and well constructed, however I’d feel foolish ordering from Puzzle Warehouse again.

Excellent array of puzzles and many ways to sort results to find what you want. Puzzles arrived within the time frame stated and were in great condition.Only wish the threshold for free shipping was a bit lower. Like that I have a 1 year guarantee on my puzzles for missing pieces if you joined their group.
