Nice Sam’s Club! I find it odd that they run out of food at their food court sometimes. I guess it’s popular and all, but dang. Otherwise, this is a really nice location with some great products.

I really don't shop in store here but I always use curbside. The curbside employees are wonderful. They are always kind, prompt, and efficient, even when it's raining or cold. I've only ever had good experiences and friendly service here!

The store was clean and organized and people around to help. However was starving so grabbed a hot dog and it was good. However the seating area was ridiculously messy, every table & condoment area was super sticky with trash on many tables and all could not sit to eat or set plate down without it sticking to the counter and gross sticky tables. So few customers eating & associates seemed bored so had time to clean tables but did not even bother to so that payong customers could sit down and eat in cleanliness. Disappointed to say the least for such a great store to allow this mess like it was normal. Looked at me like nothing was wrong when caught the eye of 2 separate associates. Please leave a bucket and rag out for us to clean a spot for ourselves if you are not going to be sure your employees care for our health at least leave the possibility we can do it. Poor form Sam's club. Should be embarrassed about this type of thing in this day and age of disease spread ect. Sadly disappointed:(

Sam's Club promotes using "Scan and Go" to get away with fewer checkers, i.e., fewer employees. I use the feature, so I do not need to stand in line to check out. The issue I ran into today was leaving the store with my paid items. The cheep manager had one person working the door, checking customers as they exited. The person was doing their job as expected and, of course, a person with a basket FULL of items needed the worker to check the entire basket. The line to exit the building was backed up to the pharmacy area. If you are going to promote the Scan and Go feature, STAND AND WAIT to leave the store is not a selling point.

This was my first time to try curbside pickup for an online order. I couldn't find any signage for where to park so I had to stop an employee to ask. He was very polite and directed me. Once I got to my parking spot and checked in, service was incredibly fast. The attendant started off by offering a gift bag of a few samples, how COOL! She had me packed up and on my way within a minute or two. Excellent, excellent service at this location.

Update: another good trip to Sam's. I had another pick up order but since I had additional shopping in-store to do, they allowed me to pick up my curbside order inside as well. EXCELLENT customer service from half a dozen different employees.

Always everything is good. But today was my worst day at Sam’s. We ordered a pizza from the app. When we got here. We did our shopping and when we got to the food court we were there for about 30 minutes into the people started to complain. They just attending the people that got there and paid. They got out of pizzas because nobody was loading the oven. Someone got there and he said that is going to take like 15 to 20 minutes. ?we tried to cancel the order and it took forever. Also we bought Al pastor meat we cooked and terrible disappointment is a crime to sell something like that. It has not flavored. Today was not my day at the store.
This is my regular store. And I very good. But not today

A super organized and clean store, which includes a gas station and tire center. Its staff always dedicated to serving you. Surely I will lack people to mention, but of those who are always there to help me I remember: Yasna, Tanya, Kim, Jessica, Harrison, José, Jesús, Garnette, Carol, Maria, Karen, Marie, Mike, Cody, Leticia, Ubaldo, Andres, Luis, Mary, Mirna and Alejandra.
