Wow! This store is a DREAM!! Everyone was so kind, helpful and friendly. My husband and I lost each other in the store - it is huge!! Amazing selection of toys!!! Definitely need to do our holiday shopping HERE not on Amazon. Prices were very competitive compared to big box stores. Lovely store!!

Purchased a nice gift (expensive clearance item) and they refused to wrap it due to “policy” about clearance items. Which makes no sense since my item cost more than most others purchases that I saw while waiting. I asked and the employees didn’t seem to recognize how illogical and rude this was. Disappointed to see such a stingy policy at a high end toy store.

I went in and one of the employees helped me find fidgets and after finding out I liked puzzles let me try one and then played a few board games with me and taught me and encouraged me on how to play! 100000/10 place! I loved it!!

What a little gem of a store. This was a great place to see unique and different toys for all ages. From the young to the young at heart. It appears everyone is covered. Really enjoyed the extra special one of a kind type lego sets. The very interesting stuff toys my little ones really liked. Also the cashier seemed quite accommodating when asked to assist with an item behind the counter. Really liked the atmosphere here too. Lively and neat.

I had the most AMAZING customer experience at The Toy Maven! I live in Tennessee and my grandson lives in the Dallas area. I was looking for Brio toys for his 2nd birthday and called The Toy Maven and had the pleasure of talking to Sally. She was the ABSOLUTE best in her customer service and her kindness was refreshing and rare. She gave me her personal cell number so that I could text her the names and product numbers of the toys I was looking for. When she didn’t find them at her location, she found a couple of them at another and sent me addresses to those stores.
I drove into town to pick up the toys set aside for me and believe it or not it got even better! They gift wrapped every toy and didn’t charge me one dime.
If you want the best toys and the best customer service served with a huge dose of kindness, then I highly recommend shopping at The Toy Maven. Candace and her wonderful team will make your toy dreams come true!

They have a great selection of toys. The staff is very nice and friendly. It took me a while to go through the store since there are so many good options. It was hard to pick, you can easily spend a lot of money in this store. It was worth the trip. I needed to get toys for my kids and I would definitely come here again.

First of all, I’m not one to ever leave a review. I usually don’t care enough and I also know people have bad days. That being said, I was in the other day looking for present for my son’s 4th birthday. Well, I couldn’t get anyone to help me for starters and when they finally did help, I was directed to the item “over there” and pointed to a general direction in the store. Um, probably my pet peeve is an employee that won’t personally walk me to the item I’m looking for. For having hardly any parking spaces AND exorbitant prices, there are much better places to shop at that will give you the shopping experience you’re looking for.

Our absolute most favorite toy store ever! I can find something for a new baby, 1st birthday, and all the way up to my 9 year old! Both boys & girls selections are amazing.
